Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2, 2026
1. The service
Agent Design Check ("the service") is a managed QA service: we test your web application in recorded, checklist-driven sessions and deliver findings, with evidence, into the tools your team uses. The scope, cadence, and price of each engagement are set out in the written proposal we agree with you; where this page and that proposal differ, the proposal governs.
2. Your content
You retain all rights to your product, your data, and every artifact we produce for you — recordings, screenshots, notes, reports, and filed issues. You confirm that you are authorized to give us access to the environments and accounts you provision for QA. We use that access, and those artifacts, only to deliver your engagement.
3. Acceptable use
Don't ask us to test systems you aren't authorized to have tested, to process unlawful content, or to resell our findings as your own automated service without our agreement.
4. Engagements and billing
Engagements are month to month and billed as set out in your proposal. You can end an engagement at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Findings are advisory — you are responsible for decisions you make based on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Contact details — the name, email address, and message you send us, plus the page you submitted from and the referring site (if any). Used to reply to you and to run your engagement. We don't sell them or share them with third parties for marketing.
- Session artifacts — recordings, screenshots, and notes from QA sessions are stored encrypted and access-controlled, retained on the schedule agreed for your engagement, and deleted on request. Details on the security page.
- Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand site traffic (page views, referrers, anonymized interactions). You can block this with standard browser tooling without affecting the service.
Third-party processors
- Formspree — processes contact-form submissions (your name, email, and message).
- Google Analytics — site usage statistics.
- Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google — session artifacts are analyzed via their commercial APIs, which do not use API inputs to train models.
