Terms of Service

1. The service

Agent Design Check ("the service") analyzes screenshots and screen recordings you submit and returns UI improvement recommendations. The service is currently in early access; features and pricing described on this site may change before general availability.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to the screenshots and recordings you upload. You confirm that you have the right to submit them — don't upload material you aren't authorized to share. We use your uploads only to generate your analysis.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to process unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, or resell analysis output as your own automated service without our agreement.

4. Accounts and billing

Free analyses are tied to your registered email. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Analysis output is advisory — you are responsible for decisions you make based on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address — when you contact us or register, used to reply to you, send confirmation links, and service updates. We don't sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.
• Uploads — screenshots and recordings, whether submitted through the CLI or sent to us for the QA service, are processed to generate your report and deleted afterwards, unless you enable history tracking on the Pro plan (in which case they're stored until you delete them).
• Usage analytics — we may use Google Analytics to understand site traffic (page views, referrers, anonymized interactions). You can block this with standard browser tooling without affecting the service.

Third-party processors

• Formspree — processes contact-form submissions (your name, email, and message).
• Google Analytics — site usage statistics, if enabled.
• Payment processing for Pro subscriptions is handled by a PCI-compliant payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

Data removal

Email hello@agentdesigncheck.com to have your email address and any stored data removed. We'll confirm within 7 days.
